After this step a BKS SiteCollection exists and a first configuration is already done.

In CentralAdminiCreate create a SiteCollection based on the provided BKS SiteTemplate.

After the creation process has finished navigate to this Site and create a new list. Choose the list template named 'LanguageText', which is already filled with some needed items.
Name the list 'LanguageText' as well, otherwise the master page and other items cannot display some language specific texts.

As you can see in the list, it's prepared for English, German, French and Italian. Of course you can add your own texts here. Or you can add a complete new language you want to support.
