After this this step the BKS SharePoint Solution is installed on your SharePoint Farm. That is how resources are deployed to all farm servers in a SharePoint environment.

First, download the solution package from CodePlex: http://www.codeplex.com/bks

Run the setup.exe for each Solution to install / uninstall it. The bks consists of two Solutions. The first one contains the BKS SiteDefintion whereas the second one ships out all other resources.
